Macsense Connectivity Inc. Announces Ergonomic design snaps on top of iMacs Mouse. SANTA CLARA, Calif. (January 12, 1999) Macsense Connectivity Inc. says it has a device that enhances the look and feel of the iMac mouse. The product, known as the iCatch Mouse Adapter, snaps onto the iMac mouse transforming the circular shape into the more common standard oval - while preserving the futuristic stylings of the original. "I like the feel of a standard mouse, I guess Im just old-fashioned that way," says iCatch inventor and Macsense Vice President, Phillip Chang. "And I thought others might also like that standard mouse shape and feel. So I developed a product that could just kind of ride on top of the iMac mouse to give it the shape and feel Im used to." Several months have passed since Changs vision, and the device is poised to grace the desktops of iMac users around the world. The iCatch is ergonomically designed to fit the shape and feel of a standard mouse. By elongating the circular form of the iMac mouse, the iCatch provides a comfortable shape that many users have grown accustomed to. Macsense officially released the product at the MacWorld Expo show in January. The product is available to the general public on-line (www.xsense.com), or through mail order catalogs. The iCatch sells for under $10, and is available in a translucent aqua-blue color to match the iMacs Bondi Blue shell. Macsense says it plans to release the iCatch in all of the iMacs five new fruit flavors. About Macsense Connectivity Inc.
