The PalmRouter
Elite is the Ethernet/Internet solution for your Mac, PC or Unix network
environment. This amazing hub provides high-speed Internet access to multiple
users by sharing up to two dial-up accounts. As many as 252 users can
share Internet access on a local area network (LAN) through just one modem,
one phone line and one ISP account!
The PalmRouter
Elite can save your small company or office thousands of dollars each
year by eliminating the need to purchase extra modems, dedicated phone
lines, and ISP accounts. And with a secondary serial port, the PalmRouter
Elite increases Internet speed, saving you precious time.
Whether your
environment is a small company, home office or a classroom, the PalmRouter
Elite is the smart choice for you.
- Built-in
Hub - Cut costs and clutter by utilizing the eight port 10
base-T hub that also includes an additional uplink port.
- Dynamic
Host Configuration Protocal (DHCP) - No more typing in long,
messy numbers. The Elite's DHCP server automatically configures TCP/IP
addresses on LAN computers.
- Web-Based
Management - Use your favorite browser, such as Netscape Communicator,
Netscape Navigator, or Microsoft Internet Explorer to configure the
router in minutes.
- Virtual
Server - Internet users can access WWW and FTP servers through
the virtual Server mapping function of the PalmRouter Elite.
