Macsense Phone Support Policy
Macsense/. offers live phone Premium Technical Support support at a reasonable rate of 75 cents per minute to customers.
Those customers who may not wish to pay for phone support can still receive timely technical support via other means below.
We suggest referencing the User Manual and Quick Start Guide as a first step for troubleshooting before searching the Knowledge Base. Most of our Product Manuals are located on our website for those that have misplaced them.
We offer free Knowledge Base technical support. We are committed to keeping our Knowledge Base updated with the latest information about our products. All available solutions and troubleshooting tips to technical issues are posted to minimize negative experiences with Macsense products.
If after thoroughly checking the User Manual, Quick Start Guide and searching the Knowledge Base you haven’t found a technical solution then Email Technical Support. Our policy is to provide an email response within 48 hours although many are answered as they are received. Please provide detailed information about the network setup, system configuration and product issue (product name, firmware, etc.) when contacting us. Our technical staff is trained to provide support with the installation and configuration of Macsense products only.
